Expedited transcript processing (two business days) may be obtained by adding the expedited service fee to the request, however, no priority mail service is available.
A transcript is a student's official record. It shows all courses, units, and grades taken through UC Merced Extension, except for Concurrent Enrollment coursework. All transcripts are mailed separately in sealed envelopes.
Our records do not include Concurrent Enrollment courses taken through UC Merced's main campus. Information regarding requesting a transcript for Concurrent Enrollment courses may be found at: registrar.ucmerced.edu/services/transcripts.
