Fall 2025 Notice
If you intend to appeal for a late application to the fall 2025 term, please allow us a little additional time to prepare this form for new major additions. Please expect them to all be available by the middle of December. If the major you are attempting to apply late for is already available in this form, please continue with your submission.
Appeal Introduction
The University of California's

periods are the following dates:
Fall Semester: November 1 - November 30
Spring Semester: July 1 - July 31
If you are interested in appealing to submit a late application, it is important that you
complete this form as soon as possible
. This form is not your application but, if approved, you will receive further information on steps to complete your application. If you have questions, call (209) 228-7178 or email

NOTE:
Students whose appeals are granted and are invited to apply will receive additional information in a subsequent email. Remember, if you are selected to apply, any application fees incurred are non-refundable.
