advisor reserves the right to ask a guest to wait in the lobby until this form
is signed by the student.
The student
is responsible for the conduct of their guest. Should the conduct of the guest
impose an undue burden that prevents the delivery of academic advising
services, the advisor may conclude the meeting at any time or ask the guest to
wait in the lobby.
