UC Merced - Degree Completion Program Inquiry Form

Complete your First Bachelor's Degree Today!

Completing your first bachelor's degree is an investment in your future. Data shows that students that compete for their degrees will earn on average a million more dollars in their lifetime.

You may benefit from increased salaries, qualify for promotions, and increasing your marketability in a competitive work environment. The University of California Degree Completion Program (DCP) is designed for those looking to reinstate at UC Merced, undeclared transfer students, or those who started their degree at another UC campus but did not complete their first bachelor's degree.

The Degree Completion Program (DCP) is an academic pathway for students that stopped out of their education at one of the nine undergraduate University of California campuses to complete their degrees through UC Merced's School of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts (SSHA).

Whether you are looking to reinstate, continue your education but are unsure of what major or you once started your undergraduate degree at one of the nine undergraduate UC campuses, DCP is designed to provide you the opportunity to finish your degree.
It's affordable and accessible. You can enroll as a part-time or full-time student and may be eligible for financial aid and scholarships. Classes are offered both synchronously or asynchronously with options during the summer session and throughout the academic year.

Transferrable units from other institutions may be reviewed and accepted towards completion of degree requirements. To receive more information regarding available majors and/or program information, please complete the following interest form.
