Dates provided are essential in helping the EMS team evaluate and plan for your request. Our goal is to ensure your request is provided without scheduling conflicts and is available on-time. These proposed dates provide opportunity for the EMS team to plan for and eliminate possible project scheduling conflicts in processing and completing your request.

The proposed dates are for your request to begin, be completed and ready for use. 
 Each request's proposed start and completion timelines are weighted based on priority and workload impact levels of current projects and requests. A minimum of 5 business days from the submission date is standard, if less time is required, please state this reason in the "Additional Notes | Questions | Comments:" section above.
