Thank you for your interest in the UC Merced Toloma 5k run! Please use this form to register yourself (and up to nine other runners above the age of five). We will reach out if necessary based on your payment method and to provide updates about your registration. We will have the printed runner numbers the day of the event.

We will be verifying these registrations with our list of waivers. If one is not found, we will reach out to you to verify your waiver status or require that you submit another form along with payment.

If you select Purchase Order, your submission will register you for the event and we will reach out regarding invoicing/payment.
