UC Merced Educator Tour Program

A small group of educators will be selected to participate in the in-person Educator Tour Program. You must submit an online application to be considered for the in-person program.

Community College: Tuesday, February 9 thru Thursday, February 11, 2027

High School: Tuesday, February 23, 2027

Travel and Lodging:

Our goal is to confirm all travel and lodging details with approved attendees by January 4, 2027. Please note that lodging will only be provided for the Community College Tour.

For the High School Educator tour, those traveling outside the 45-mile radius from campus (5200 N Lake Rd, Merced, CA 95343) will be reimbursed for mileage at the federal rate of 0.76 or for a rental vehicle (standard/compact car only).
